Hi, I am Nadine. I empower managers to thrive remotely by providing health coaching and digital resources to prioritize self-care and achieve a healthy work-life balance.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to relate to the needs of team leaders looking for practical strategies to take better care of themselves, whether they are busy, health-conscious, isolated, homebound managers, creative freelancers or parents.
I am happy to :
- Create a practical blueprint to guide a daily transformative health ritual, capturing the most critical activities for your work schedule
- Guide your transition to eating healthily, regardless of your budget
- Provide coping strategies for work-life issues so that you remain resilient and productive.
You have my support!
IT’S ALL ABOUT
Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition
My journey in health and well-being began as an adolescent; however, I did not fully understand the impact of a healthy lifestyle until I was at a pivotal stage in my adult life. I benefitted tremendously from the support of a friend who was there for me as a life coach. This life-changing experience, with God’s help, created a paradigm shift in my perspective on self-care as, at the time, I was going through a family crisis, juggling a full-time job as a single parent with twins and pursuing graduate studies.
My well-being journey also influenced my professional development, and I was inspired to share what worked for me as I experienced intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and physical transformation.
In 2015, I established Wellness Marketing Solutions as a medium to promote employee health and productivity as, inadvertently, my experiences as a manager helped me better appreciate the work-life issues affecting the modern workforce.
I look forward to partnering with you in your transformation!
